YOGA FITNESS:

Learn proper body positioning, relaxed

breathing techniques and basic yoga poses. Improve flexibility and stress relief. Monday 6pm, Wednesday & Friday 9:30am.

 

 

NO SWEAT FITNESS:

This program will improve balance, coordination, mobility, flexibility and strength. And most of all you will have funwhile getting your exercise and socializing. Excellent exercise for people with diabetes. Monday & Wednesday 2pm.    $2.50 per class (drop in fee)

 

PARENT & CHILD KARATE:

This program is for ages 6 years and up. Chito Ryu is the style which is instructed by Sam MacDonald (Black Belt) and will be Monday 7pm & Wednesday 6pm   $40.00 + tax for 8 classes

 

KYOKUSHIN KARATE:

 For fun, for fitness, for self defense, for the challenge.

 Discover something about yourself.

 The Martial Arts are about respect. For yourself and others. The Martial Arts are about finding out you can do what you never thought you could. The Martial Arts are for men & women, all abilities, all body types.

Junior/Introductory classes are Tuesday & Thursday @ 6:30pm (ages 10 +)
